Saturday June 27
11.00am - 3.00pm Parish Summer Fair (this will include an opportunity to dress in 18th century costume and to taste some of the food that was the staple diet of Fr. Tom - bacon and beans! Click here to see how you can help.
6.30pm First mass of the Feast of Ss. Peter and Paul
8.00pm Parish Barbecue and Celebration on the field.
Sunday June 28
8.00am Mass for the Feast of Ss. Peter and Paul
10.00am Mass for the Feast of Ss. Peter and Paul - led by the Ivorian choir
3.30pm churches Together Service at Aston Flamville
Walk back to Hinckley
5.30pm Churches Together Service at St. Peter's, followed by tea and scones
8.00pm Night prayer with the Dominicans
Monday June 29
9.15am Morning Prayer fiollowed by Mass
12.00pm Lunch for Dominican visitors in Mary's Place
5.00pm Evening Prayer
7.00pm 250th Anniversary Mass celebrated by the first Dominican bishop for over 200 years, Rt. Rev. Malcolm McMahon OP; the Prior Provincial of the Dominican Congregation, Fr. John Farrell OP; and clergy of the diocese and the Dominican province.
A special commemorative stone to mark the occasion will be unveiled in the church and a memorial to Fr. Norton in St. Dominic's chapel.
There will be a buffet celebration after Mass
